Anchor Pro unlocks unlimited resume tailoring, cover letters, interview preparation, complete career-quiz results, fit scores for every job, and live coaching.

Launch pricing is $8.99 per week, $29.99 per month, or $59.99 for 3 months. The regular monthly price will soon be $49.99.

What is live coaching in Pro?

Anchor Pro includes access to the Anchor career community, featuring live group calls led by experienced coaches. Each call combines a short, practical lesson with open Q&A, so you can get guidance on the challenges you are facing right now.

You will also join a private community with additional resources and members working toward the same goal: landing the job, keeping the job, and growing their careers.

Anchor’s Free plan is not a trial. You can use unlimited application tracking, save jobs with the Chrome extension, and build, edit, and download resumes at no cost. You also receive 3 tailored resumes, 3 cover letters, 3 job-fit reports, 1 practice interview, and 1 follow-up email. No credit card is required.

Should you upgrade to Pro and later cancel, there is no long-term contract or complicated cancellation process. Your application tracker, resumes, saved jobs, and progress remain available on the Free plan, and anything you created with Pro stays viewable.

What happens after I get the job?

Anchor keeps supporting you after you are hired. Through the Anchor Pro career community, you can get help navigating the first weeks and months on the job — including building routines, understanding workplace expectations, communicating clearly, asking for support, and handling the unwritten rules that can make a new job difficult. Most job-search tools stop once you get hired. Anchor is designed to help you land the job, keep the job, and grow your career. You can cancel Pro anytime and return to the Free plan. If you go back to the Free plan you do lose access to the community and coaching; your tracker, resumes, saved jobs, and progress remain yours, and anything you created with Pro stays viewable.

Can someone else pay for me?

Yes. A parent, mentor, or supporter can pay for Anchor Pro on your behalf. Simply copy your personal payment link from Anchor’s pricing screen and send it to them. They complete the purchase using their own email address and payment method. The Anchor account — and everything inside it — remains yours. The person paying receives the receipt, but they do not receive access to your account or information.

I’m a parent. Is Anchor right for my son or daughter?

Anchor is designed for adults 18 and older who want to work but get stuck in the job-search process — whether they identify with ADHD, autism, dyslexia, another form of neurodivergence, or simply know traditional job-search tools do not fit the way they think. It may be a good fit when your son or daughter wants the job but struggles to start, follow through, tailor a resume, track applications, or manage all the moving parts. Anchor provides structure, prompts, organization, and clear next steps. It does not apply for them, guarantee placement, provide therapy, or replace a coach or clinician. Anchor is not currently available to anyone under 18.

I want to pay for my child’s Pro. How does that work?

Your child can copy their personal payment link from Anchor’s pricing screen and send it to you. You then complete the purchase using your own email address and payment method. Anchor Pro is added directly to their account. You receive the payment receipt, but you do not create an Anchor account or gain access to theirs. Their resumes, applications, saved jobs, and progress remain private and belong to them. There is no long-term contract. To cancel, email info@idealminds.ai. Their account will return to the Free plan, and everything they created will remain available.

How do I know they’ll actually use it?

We cannot promise they will use it consistently — but Anchor is designed to remove many of the reasons people stop. There is no blank page. Each screen gives them one clear next action, because getting started is often the hardest part. Nothing is timed, and there are no streaks, leaderboards, or penalties for stepping away. Whether they return tomorrow or two weeks from now, Anchor picks up where they left off without making them feel behind. And because the Free plan requires no credit card, they can try it without pressure and see whether the structure works for them.

If I am a parent or mentor who is paying, what can I see?

Only the payment charge and receipt. Privacy is intentional. To understand how things are going, the best approach is to ask them directly and agree together on what they are comfortable sharing.

First, celebrate — that is a wonderful success. Remember that Anchor Pro is built for both parts of the journey: landing the job and keeping it. The first weeks and months can be the hardest part — especially when it comes to building routines, understanding unwritten workplace expectations, communicating needs, and asking for accommodations. If that transition is where they are most likely to need support, Pro can continue helping after the offer through the Anchor career community. If you cancel, they lose access to the community and coaches.

Is it cheating to use AI to tailor my resume?

No. Using AI to tailor your resume is a tool — just like spell-check, resume software, or a calculator. Anchor does not invent experience, skills, or accomplishments. It helps you describe your real background using language that better matches a specific job posting, increasing your chances of gaining an interview. Employers are looking for candidates that best match their job descriptions. Anchor simply makes tailoring your resume faster, easier, and more accessible — especially when doing it repeatedly would otherwise become overwhelming.

Will Anchor’s AI make things up about me?

No. Anchor is designed to improve how your experience is presented — not invent anything new. It can reframe your real skills and accomplishments to better match a job, but it cannot add tools you have never used, inflate your results, or make your role sound more senior than it was. Every rewrite is checked for unsupported claims, and you review each change before it becomes final. You remain in control, with the ability to accept, reject, edit, or undo any suggestion.

If I tell Anchor I’m autistic or have ADHD, who can see that?

Only you. Your selections are never sold, shared with employers, or added to your resume, cover letters, applications, or other career materials. They are used only to personalize how Anchor looks and works for you. There is an additional permission you approve that allows Anchor to use your neurodiversity type in your rankings for how well a job fits you. That permission can be turned off at any time in Settings.

Your progress saves automatically, so you can step away without losing your work or having to start over. When you return, Anchor picks up where you left off — without guilt, pressure, or punishment. Wanting the job is not the problem. Anchor helps make starting easier.

Should I tell employers I’m neurodivergent?

That decision is entirely yours. Anchor will never disclose it. Nothing in Anchor reveals your diagnosis, identity, or accessibility preferences to an employer. Your neurodivergence will not appear in your resume, cover letter, application, or any materials you send unless you personally add it. Whether, when, and how to disclose is a personal decision. It may depend on your circumstances, workplace needs, and whether you are requesting accommodations. For individualized guidance, consider consulting the Job Accommodation Network (askjan.org) or a qualified employment professional.

Anchor Pro includes live group coaching calls led by experienced coaches, along with access to the private Anchor career community for guidance, accountability, and support throughout the job journey.
