For parents & guardians
Finally, an answer to “how’s the job search going?”
Applications sent. Resumes tailored. Interviews practiced. You don’t have to guess anymore.
The truth
Their effort should speak for itself.
Anchor shows you the progress—without taking over.
“Now I don’t have to guess.”
How it works
From their effort to your answer, in three steps.
They run the search
Anchor is their space. They save jobs, tailor resumes, and practice interviews at their own pace.
Connect accounts
You send the invite. Their Anchor account is created and connected in the same setup, and the terms list exactly what you will see, item by item.
You see the progress
Your guardian dashboard shows the real actions: jobs added, applications sent, practice sessions.
The dashboard
A quiet, professional view of the work behind the search.
Here is the whole of it.

The line only ever rises. A quiet week reads as steady, never as failure.
How to read this
A weather report, not a report card.
- A quiet week is usually just a quiet week.
- Noticing one small thing goes further than asking about everything.
- They will bring up the ones that did not work out when they are ready.
They choose what to share, and can stop at any time. This is for your peace of mind, not their performance review.

Why effort, not outcomes
Progress that accumulates and never shames.
Anchor is built for neurodivergent minds. A quiet week shows up as a quiet week — and takes nothing away from what came before it.
BROKEN DOWN BY ACTION
Every kind of effort, week by week, exactly as it happened.

Busy weeks stand tall and quiet weeks stay quiet. And what’s already been done never shrinks, expires, or gets taken back.
Their sky
Every bit of effort becomes a star in their sky.
In Anchor, each action they take earns a star, and stars connect into constellations, one for each pursuit. No counts, no scores, nothing to complete — a sky that only ever grows.
Drag to look around. Tap any star, or choose a pursuit, to light its constellation.

Guardian FAQ
The questions guardians actually ask.
Showing 5 of 6 questions
Your young adult remains in full control of sharing. They choose whether to share progress with you, can review exactly what information will be visible before they opt in, and can turn sharing off at any time. The Parent Dashboard is designed to give you a clear view of progress and activity while still respecting your young adult’s privacy and independence.
You will be able to see high-level progress information, including jobs saved, applications submitted, actions completed, practice sessions, the types of roles they are pursuing, and milestones they have reached throughout the job-search process. You can also open and download the resume and cover letter they used for a specific job. Their practice-interview answers and the feedback on them, their notes and evidence, and any resume they have not tailored for a job stay private to them.
Nothing changes for them. They can continue using Anchor normally without sharing any information with a parent or guardian. If they decide later that they are comfortable sharing, they can enable it at any time.
Yes. Before sharing is enabled, Anchor clearly shows them what information will be visible to you. They can review those permissions at any time in their settings.
Yes. Parents and guardians receive a separate Guardian account. Your account is completely separate from your young adult’s account, and you will never be able to sign in as them, make changes on their behalf, or access their private account.
